Michael Albers

Is the Product Leader for Albers Advisory and manages the relationships with our clients, engagements and product efforts. He is an experienced Product leader and executive with over 20+ years of extensive experience at large and medium companies, as well as startups (Incl. Yahoo!, Verizon, Cardspring, Xobni, LiveOps, Inktomi, Netscape, McAfee, etc.).  

Michael managed Product, Design, Engineering and cross-functional teams throughout his career - from small teams of 5 to large teams of 500+.  He also has strong P&L, multi-billion ($3B+) revenue management, OPEX cost reduction (20%+) and General Management experience.  And with that experience built a vast network of talent, consultants, fractional experts and others we bring to the table as needed.

With our experience in consumer products, large-scale platforms and services, he has strong product, design, technical, operating, execution and organizational experience. We pride ourselves on our collaboration style, product intuition, communication, ethical and respectful approach - while strengthening and raising the bar on talent, products and goal performance.
